Motul is a global French company founded in 1853 producing high-performance lubricants for engines (including two-wheelers, cars, heavy duty vehicles and more...) and industry.

We strive to achieve outstanding performance and protection for our customers across over 160 countries. In 1971, we launched the very first 100% synthetic multigrade lubricant, integrating Ester Core technology, through our "flagship product": the Motul 300V. We produce benchmark lubricants for all types of engines and actively innovate to develop new fluids.

Over the years, we have built awareness around the world as an official supplier to the most demanding motorsport teams and Original Equipment Manufacturers. Today, we remain a key partner of legendary international racing competitions such as the Dakar Rally, the 24 Hours of Le Mans (cars and motorbikes), MotoGP, Roof of Africa, and many others.

Our trailblazing spirit has always pushed us to go further, by constantly innovating. 
170 years after our creation, we are still widely recognised all over the world and more than ready to take on new challenges to prepare for the future. Moreover, we understand the importance of protecting our playground, as well as our communities, taking action in particular to shape young people a better future through our Motul Corazon foundation.

Motul’s extensive portfolio of high tech lubricants are designed and distributed internationally across more that 160 markets. Originating in New York in 1853, the first Motul product successfully entered the French market 80 years later. Since then, Motul’s aggressive strategy of internationalisation has led to expansive growth worldwide. 

In 2000, regional Motul headquarter was launched in Singapore to capitalise on the vast potential in the Asia Pacific region. Rapid developments over the years led to heightened activities in the region. The acquisition of our production facilities in Vietnam in 2007 aided the Group’s penetration into the region as a result of increased production capacity and quicker customer response. Today, Motul’s prevalence in 16 Asia Pacific countries is a testament to a 170-year old brand promise as the unparalleled force in motoring.

Established in 2016, our company specializes in importing and collaborating with distributors to introduce high-performance MOTUL and MOTULTECH products across the entire Indonesian archipelago. This includes strategic coverage in regions such as Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and beyond.
