Workshop workers are at risk of workplace accidents while performing their duties. Therefore, through this insurance program, Motul and Tokio Marine offer health and accident protection as a form of appreciation to workshop owners and mechanics who have been loyal to Motul. The program provides permanent disability and death insurance with a total benefit of IDR 10,000,000++.

Program Terms & Conditions:

• The Insurance Points Program is exclusively for all mechanics and workshop owners under Motul's ARM network across Indonesia.
• Participants earn points from each oil sale by scanning the barcode on Motul oil products.
• Each oil sale through the barcode scan on Motul oil grants:
  • Points for Motul workshop owners.
  • Points for Motul workshop mechanics.
• Participants are eligible to receive a Work Accident Insurance Policy once they have accumulated the following points:
  • 100,000 points for Motul workshop owners.
  • 50,000 points for Motul workshop mechanics.
• Selected participants will receive notifications from Motul Indonesia via WhatsApp from the number +62 858-8810-0800.
• Motul reserves the right to validate participant data, including National Identification Numbers submitted via WhatsApp for verification purposes, and may visit ARM workshops if necessary.
• By providing their data to Motul, participants agree that the data becomes the property of Motul and will be used for the Insurance Points Program, including sharing data with third-party insurance providers.
• The insurance policy will be sent by PT. Asuransi Tokio Marine Indonesia via WhatsApp.
• The point collection and reward redemption process will refer to Motul's database. If there is any discrepancy between the points recorded in the Motul database and the participant’s records, Motul’s database will take precedence.
• This Insurance Points Program is free of charge to participants. Beware of any fraud related to this program. The organizer is not responsible for any losses incurred due to fraud related to this program.
• All decisions made by the organizer are final and cannot be contested.

Motul Insurance Participant Terms & Conditions:

Participants of this program must meet the following requirements (“Participant”):

• Participants must be Indonesian citizens.
• Participants must be at least 17 years old, as evidenced by a KTP, Passport, or other official ID. Participants under 17 must have written consent from a parent or guardian, with a maximum age of 60 years.
• Participants must comply with all the terms and conditions stated herein.
• Motul reserves the right to cancel a participant's policy if:
  • They violate the terms or applicable laws.
  • They attempt to gain unfair advantage from the program.
• Motul reserves the right to modify, add, or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If any part of these Program Points terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
• Participants who have received an insurance policy and wish to make a claim can download the attached file or contact Tokio Marine customer care at 14006.
