About Motul Bengkel and Motul Mekanik:

  • Motul Bengkel is a rewards program application designed for customers/workshops, offering attractive promotional deals on Motul products.
  • Motul Mekanik is a rewards program application created specifically for mechanics. Collect points and redeem exciting rewards.

 

General Terms and Conditions of Motul Bengkel and Motul Mekanik:

Membership

  • Motul Bengkel is a rewards program application for customers/workshops, providing exclusive promotional offers for loyal Motul customers, while Motul Mekanik is a rewards program for mechanics.
  • The Motul Bengkel program is exclusively for workshops that purchase from Official Motul Distributors, are registered with an Official Motul Distributor, and have a DMS number.
  • The Motul Mekanik program is exclusively for mechanics in workshops that purchase from Official Motul Distributors, are registered with an Official Motul Distributor, and have a DMS number.
  • The program is not applicable to outlet/store owners of wholesalers, semi-wholesalers, or sub-distributors that do not operate as service workshops. Any violations may result in the cancellation of points and membership.
  • By becoming a member, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions as well as any other applicable program rules.
  • By registering, you grant MIE the right to use all information you provide for any MIE-related purposes, including commercial use. You release MIE from any claims or consequences related to the provision or accuracy of your data.
  • MIE reserves the right to terminate or modify the program with or without prior notice to members.
  • MIE is not responsible for any consequences arising from the termination or modification of the program.
  • MIE reserves the right to deduct points, cancel reward redemptions, and terminate a member’s participation at any time without prior notice if: 
    • The member refuses to be verified or provide additional requested data, such as a copy of their ID card (if required).
    • The data or materials provided to MIE are inaccurate and/or incomplete.
    • The member has not made any purchases from an Official Motul Distributor.
    • Fraudulent activities are detected in the program.
    • The member engages in actions that violate the program’s rules.
    • The member engages in activities that damage Motul’s reputation or undermine public trust in Motul and its products.
    • The member is found to be an outlet/store owner of a wholesaler, semi-wholesaler, or sub-distributor that does not operate as a service workshop.
  • MIE reserves the right to verify members, their provided materials, and data (including proof of point collection) and may request additional data for verification purposes (such as a copy of Family Card and ID).

 

Motul Bengkel and Motul Mekanik Program Points:

Point Collection

  • The following products are eligible for points in the program:

    • 3100 GOLD 4T
    • 5100 4T
    • 7100 4T
    • H-TECH 100 4T
    • 510 2T
    • SCOOTER LE 4T
    • SCOOTER EXPERT LE
    • SCOOTER POWER LE
    • Multigrade Plus
    • MultiPower Plus 5W30
    • MultiPower Plus 5W40
    • TRD Diesel
    • H-Tech 100
  • Members can earn points by scanning Motul products, which will then be updated in the Program Application.
  • In the event of discrepancies in point calculations between MIE and members, MIE's calculation shall prevail.
  • MIE reserves the right to modify the point values assigned to each product with or without prior notice.
  • Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and cannot be combined with other members.
  • Points are valid for a two-calendar-year cycle. Points must be redeemed by December 31 of the following year. For example, points earned in April 2022 will expire in December 2023.

Program Benefits:

  • Rewards are provided on an "as-is" basis while supplies last.
  • MIE reserves the right to replace the color, type, or model of rewards with an equivalent item if the originally offered reward is unavailable.
  • Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other items.
  • Members cannot choose specific colors, designs, or images for their rewards.
  • MIE is not responsible for claims regarding damaged or incomplete physical rewards received more than 24 hours (1x24 hours) after delivery.
  • MIE is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by members, such as address errors or incorrect phone numbers.
  • MIE is not responsible for any mishaps, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the redemption or use of program rewards.
  • Complaints regarding expired E-Vouchers/Digital Vouchers will not be accommodated under any circumstances.
  • Complaints regarding digital rewards such as E-Wallet (Gopay), Prepaid Mobile Credit (Telkomsel, Indosat, XL, etc.), electricity tokens, etc., due to incorrect input of phone numbers or customer IDs, will not be accepted or compensated.
  • MIE does not provide extensions, exchanges, replacements, or modifications for any physical or digital vouchers.
  • MIE does not provide proof of E-Voucher/Digital Voucher delivery.
  • MIE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, remove, or add to the Program Benefits Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • These Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time, shall apply to all promotional materials advertising the Motul Bengkel and Motul Mekanik programs.
