Car manufacturers have been working for several years to lower their engine fuel consumption and polluting emissions (g.CO2/km.). Special attention has been paid to increasing fuel efficiency, particularly by means of lower internal friction and therefore lower viscosity grades.
Motul has joined forces with manufacturers in this effort to improve engine efficiency by proposing 4 new specific 100% synthetic low-viscosity lubricants.
These new products, 0W-20 and 0W-30, provide significant fuel savings of up to 3% and an increase in efficiency of around 4%. Thanks to their lubricating properties and their additives, these new lubricants limit deposit build-up, reduce wear and allow longer life of the lubricant's intrinsic characteristics.
Each of these new products is part of a wide range called the Motul Specific range, not only meeting standards but tested and approved by original equipment manufacturers.
