MOTUL REFILL

Sustainable, economical, efficient – MOTUL introduces the MOTUL Refill System, offering nearly unlimited refillable cleaning and multifunction sprays for common workshop applications. The MOTUL Refill products replace the three most frequently used single-use sprays in automotive and motorcycle workshops: brake cleaner, surface cleaner and degreaser, and a multifunctional oil. The system not only reduces disposal efforts but also saves space and costs. At the same time, the products are VOC-reduced (volatile organic compounds) and protect employee health by completely eliminating harmful propellants.

COMPRESSED AIR INSTEAD OF PROPELLANTS
MOTUL Refill bottles can be refilled with compressed air, a resource commonly available in workshops. An integrated overpressure valve protects against excessive pressure. These durable spray bottles can be almost endlessly refilled with three environmentally and health-friendly products.

ENVIRONMENTALLY AND HEALTH-FRIENDLY
The three MOTUL Refill products, free from silicone, Teflon, or acids, are skin- and health-friendly. They require no labeling and have lower volatile components. This demonstrates MOTUL’s commitment to safety and environmental protection by providing an effective and responsible solution.

ADJUSTABLE METAL NOZZLE
Sometimes cleaning requires precision. Our spray cans are therefore equipped with an adjustable and sturdy metal nozzle for targeted spraying as needed—such as in hard-to-reach areas. Of course, they can also be used with a conventional nozzle for broad coverage.

COMPARABLY LOW COSTS

The MOTUL Refill System not only provides product advantages but also economic benefits: It eliminates the costs for cans and propellants with each refill. Compared to conventional single-use sprays, which often contain more than half propellants, refill bottles are filled with approximately 80% cleaning fluid or oil and only 20% compressed air.

MOTUL REFILL BRAKE CLEAN

For example, a label-free brake cleaner with reduced volatile components effectively washes away abrasions and grinding dust, insect grime, soot, oils, or release agents from engines and other vehicle parts.

MOTUL REFILL SURFACE CLEAN

For the reliable removal of grease, fingerprints, adhesive and glue residues, as well as oils, there is also a label-free surface cleaner and degreaser available. Despite its strong cleaning performance, it is very low in residues.

MOTUL REFILL EZ LUBE

The third refill product is a multifunctional spray for lubricating, protecting, and cleaning. This universally applicable spray forms a reliable corrosion protection film and is free from acids, silicone, and Teflon.
