In 2023, Motul celebrated its 170th anniversary by launching a revamped motorcycle oil range. This overhaul was driven by the need to adapt to a rapidly changing industry and to meet increasingly rigorous standards. The new JASO MA2 standard, for instance, demanded better clutch grip performance, a challenge that Motul was the first to tackle with its revamped formulas. Reflecting Motul's commitment to sustainability, the revamped motorcycle oil range also introduces new packaging made from 50% recycled plastics.
